12th International Collectors Fair For Zoo Enthusiasts.15th - 16th September 2001.

Thank you for your participation in this year's Collectors Fair. The itinerary, as always, starts off with the trading session. Because of reasons beyond our control, we will not be using the zoo facilities for the evening meal and auction. The evening session will take place in the Ifor Evans Halls (University College London), 109 Camden Road, London, NW1 9HZ (see map (right).

Entrance to the zoo will be free to participants on Saturday. Please use the Library entrance located 100 metres to the East of the main entrance (on the North Side of the Regent's Park Outer Circle). The fair will be taking place in the library and will be signposted from the entrance.

Participants with cars will be given a reduced parking rate in the zoo car park (please let Brian know if you will be requiring a pass)

Itinerary

Friday 14th September, 2001.

7.30 pm Meet in the "Prince Albert" Pub for an informal pre-meeting get-together (See map. 11 Princess Road, Primrose Hill).

Saturday 15th September, 2001.

9 am. Library doors open for setting up tables. Registration and signing-in of participants.

10 am Official opening of the 12th International Collectors Fair for Zoo Enthusiasts.

12.30 pm Break for lunch. Participants arrange their own meal.

2 pm Tour of Zoo and official photograph. The group will be split into smaller parties for behind the scenes viewing.

7 pm gather at Ifor Evans halls (University Of London) for evening meal and auction. The location of the venue is indicated on the map. The hall is about a 20 minute walk away but transport will be arranged for those who need it. Proceedings will end between 11pm and 12 am.

Sunday 16th September, 2001.

10 am Meet in London Zoo car Park and proceed to Howletts Zoo. The journey should take approximately an hour and a half. Transport will be provided for those who need it.

5 pm Return to London.
